Mindfulness Services
Using mindfulness in daily life and work has a positive ripple effect into our lives. Many parts of life can benefit from being mindful. Mindful living has the power to reduce stress, positively improving both our mental and physical health.
Mindfulness empowers us to manage how we respond in daily situations, and take control of how those situations can affect us emotionally.
As a certified and registered mindfulness instructor, I offer a mindfulness programmes for individuals, groups and the workplace. I am proud to have been awarded Mindfulness Instructor of the Year in the Yorkshire Prestige Awards 2023/24.

Mindful Menopause
With the right tools, you can change your experience of Menopause. The Mindful Menopause Programme I offer provides support, tools and insight to have a calm and positive menopause.
How we react and respond to menopausal changes can make all the difference to how we think, feel and behave which in turn influences the quality of life during menopause.

Mindfulness for Grief
Losing someone or something we love is undoubtedly one of life's most challenging experiences. The journey through grief can feel overwhelming, with emotions ranging from sadness to confusion and even anger.
