As women, the transition into menopause is an inevitable part of life. There is no avoiding the transition that menopause brings to life day by day. How we navigate this transformative period can significantly impact our overall well-being. The Mindful Menopause Programme aims to empower women at any stage of their menopausal journey by providing information, knowledge, and supportive techniques to embrace this phase with positivity and control.

The Significance of Mindful Menopause


Menopause brings about changes not only in our bodies but also in our minds and overall life experience. Understanding and accepting these changes can give us choices and control, making the menopausal journey a more positive and manageable experience.


Empowering Women with Choices and Control


Becoming a Mindful Menopause Practitioner was a natural step for me as I recognised the increasing number of women in the menopausal age range exploring hypnotherapy to cope with anxieties previously unencountered, such as social and driving anxiety. The hormonal shifts during peri-menopause and menopause can give rise to the infamous' brain fog,' introducing new anxieties in situations we once confidently handled.



As a firm believer in the power of knowledge and positive mindset, I decided to train to become a Mindful Menopause Practitioner. My goal is to offer women a resourceful and supportive platform where they can gain insights into the physical and mental changes associated with peri-menopause and menopause.


The Impact of Hormonal Changes


Hormonal fluctuations during peri-menopause and menopause can lead to various challenges, including the onset of anxieties and the infamous "brain fog." Recognising the need for a personalised approach, I combine Mindful Menopause techniques with hypnotherapy to address the unique concerns women may face during this stage of life.

In addition to individual sessions, Mindful Menopause information group sessions are equally effective in providing women with the knowledge and tools to develop self-help plans.
